What will you do

As Lead Generation & Marketing Automation Manager you will report to our Group Marketing Manager and work closely with our sales teams. You will be responsible for designing launching and optimizing multi-channel campaigns building automation workflows and ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.

Your main tasks:

  • Create and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
  • Build and optimize automation workflows (segmentation lead scoring nurturing).
  • Monitor KPIs and analyze performance to improve acquisition and conversion.
  • Ensure smooth CRM integration and high-quality data management.
  • Define and implement the lead generation strategy for the Dutch market.

What do we expect from you

  • At least 5 years of experience in lead generation marketing automation and CRM integration.
  • Strong knowledge of tools like HubSpot Marketo Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Analytical proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English both spoken and written.
