Join our Utrecht team and help us drive campaigns that fuel growth and sales success.
What will you do
As Lead Generation & Marketing Automation Manager you will report to our Group Marketing Manager and work closely with our sales teams. You will be responsible for designing launching and optimizing multi-channel campaigns building automation workflows and ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.
Your main tasks:
- Create and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Build and optimize automation workflows (segmentation lead scoring nurturing).
- Monitor KPIs and analyze performance to improve acquisition and conversion.
- Ensure smooth CRM integration and high-quality data management.
- Define and implement the lead generation strategy for the Dutch market.
What do we expect from you
- At least 5 years of experience in lead generation marketing automation and CRM integration.
- Strong knowledge of tools like HubSpot Marketo Pardot and Salesforce.
- Analytical proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch and English both spoken and written.
