Are you ready to take ownership of our lead generation and marketing automation initiatives in the Netherlands Join our Utrecht team and help us drive campaigns that fuel growth and sales success.
What will you do As Lead Generation & Marketing Automation Manager you will report to our Group Marketing Manager and work closely with our sales teams. You will be responsible for designing launching and optimizing multi-channel campaigns building automation workflows and ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce.
Your main tasks:
Create and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
Build and optimize automation workflows (segmentation lead scoring nurturing).
Monitor KPIs and analyze performance to improve acquisition and conversion.
Ensure smooth CRM integration and high-quality data management.
Define and implement the lead generation strategy for the Dutch market.
What do we expect from you
At least 5 years of experience in lead generation marketing automation and CRM integration.
Strong knowledge of tools like HubSpot Marketo Pardot and Salesforce.
Analytical proactive and results-driven mindset.
Fluent in Dutch and English both spoken and written.

Gross monthly salary between 3800 and 4100 (based on full-time).
