GLASGOW WERE COMING!
We are absolutely buzzing to be bringing Pizza Pilgrims to Glasgow a city full of energy culture music and some of the friendliest people youll ever meet. We cant wait to fire up our ovens here and become part of this incredible food scene. If you love proper Neapolitan pizza working with a cracking team and making people genuinely happy then this might just be the job for you.
Fancy earning up to 62000 a year making folk happier one pizza at a time
At Pizza Pilgrims thats genuinely possible. Heres how it breaks down:
Basic salary (the guaranteed bit) 40000 - 45000
Tronc currently averaging around 7000 per year (but its a shared pot so it can go up and down).
Bonus up to 20% of your annual salary paid twice a year if targets are smashed.
So aye up to 62k is on the table. To keep it 100% transparent: tronc isnt guaranteed and bonuses depend on performance. Still the potential is as real as you make it.

14 years ago Thom & James drove a Piaggio ape Tuk Tuk all the way from Sicily to London on a Pizza Pilgrimage to learn the secrets of proper Italian pizza. They went on to set up a market stall in Soho with an oven in the back of the van before opening their first actual pizzeria on Dean Street. Nowadays weve got over 25 award-winning pizzerias across the UK weve got our own Pizza Academy where we run training workshops every day and were also a BCORP something were extremely proud about achieving. We pride ourselves on using the best ingredients from Naples including Caputo flour fresh fior di latte salsiccia e friarielli to make the best Neapolitan pizza every day.
We work hard because we think pizza makes people happier. As a Head Pizza Chef in Glasgow youll be a specialist in creating the best Neapolitan Pizzas and for every guest to leave with a full belly and already planning their next visit. Youll also be accountable for:
- Team Management & engagement
- Recruitment training and succession planning
- Health & safety compliance
- Stock management
- Successful guest pizza launches
- Kitchen maintenance management
- Food quality auditing
- Reporting
