Leading the Science Department strategically and operationally
Driving exceptional teaching learning and outcomes across KS3KS5
Line-managing staff and leading departmental CPD
Overseeing curriculum design assessment and development
Maintaining high academic standards and promoting subject ambition
Supporting Oxbridge and university preparation
Experience and Qualifications
Strong Science degree
PGCE with QTS
Substantial experience at KS5
Previous leadership experience desirable
Ability to inspire excellence in others
