GLASGOW WERE COMING!
We are absolutely buzzing to be bringing Pizza Pilgrims to Glasgow a city full of energy culture music and some of the friendliest people youll ever meet. We cant wait to fire up our ovens here and become part of this incredible food scene. If you love proper Neapolitan pizza working with a cracking team and making people genuinely happy then this might just be the job for you.
Fancy earning up to 48000 a year making folk happier one pizza at a time
At Pizza Pilgrims thats genuinely possible. Heres how it breaks down:
Basic salary 34000 - 37000
Tronc currently averaging around 7000 per year (but its a shared pot so it can go up and down).
Bonus performance-based and paid twice a year.
So yes the potential is real.
14 years ago Thom & James drove a Piaggio ape Tuk Tuk all the way from Sicily to London on a Pizza Pilgrimage to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. They went on to set up a market stall in Soho with an oven in the back of the van before opening their first proper pizzeria on Dean Street. Now were bringing that same passion and energy north of the border to Glasgow!
Nowadays we have over 20 award-winning pizzerias across the UK our own Pizza Academy where we run training workshops every day and were also a BCORP something were extremely proud about achieving. We pride ourselves on using the best ingredients from Naples including Caputo flour fresh fior di latte salsiccia e friarielle to make the best Neapolitan pizza every day.

We work hard because we think pizza makes people happier. As a Second Pizza Chef youll be a specialist in crafting the best Neapolitan pizzas ensuring every guest leaves full and planning their next visit. Youll also be responsible for:
- Team leadership
- Health & safety compliance
- Stock management
- Successful guest pizza launches
- Kitchen maintenance management
- Food quality auditing
