Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join our vibrant and nurturing Primary School in Hackney. This is a permanent role starting January 2026 offering the chance to make a lasting impact on young learners.

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring teacher to join our KS2 team inspiring pupils to develop a love for learning. As a Year 5 Teacher you will deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum creating a nurturing and stimulating environment.
The successful candidate will take on the responsibilities of a Year 5 Teacher collaborating with colleagues parents and the wider community to ensure every pupil reaches their potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons for KS2 pupils as a Year 5 Teacher
- Support and challenge pupils of all abilities to achieve their full potential
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment as a Year 5 Teacher
- Collaborate with colleagues parents and the wider school community
- Contribute to the schools ethos of high expectations and achievement
