- Is passionate about learning and recognises the difference it can make for our

- Has excellent communication skills and works well as part of a team
- Has a proven track record of improving learning and progress as a teacher or
trainee teacher
- Has excellent knowledge of the national curriculum
- Works effectively with colleagues children and external agencies
- Would support the Christian ethos of the school
