- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends opportunities and threats in the LATAM region
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key market indicators and marketing performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns tailored to LATAM markets
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives providing recommendations for optimization
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends consumer behaviors and marketing technologies in the LATAM region
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree is preferred
- Solid and proven experience in market intelligence or marketing roles preferably with a focus on LATAM markets
- Fluency in English Spanish and Portuguese.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel PowerBI and Tableau
- Experience with market research methodologies and competitive intelligence gathering
- In-depth knowledge of LATAM markets business landscape and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is desirable
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and metrics
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced multicultural environment
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
