Responsibilities
- Manage programs to ensure compliance with Shared Services Strategy.
- Serve as liaison between contractors vendors and internal staff.
- Handle budgets (forecasting tracking reconciliations plan vs. actuals).
- Collect analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive improvements.
- Oversee Task Work Orders (TWO) lifecycle (budgeting documentation purchase orders).
- Develop update and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows (automation/process improvement).
- Engage with stakeholders provide updates and escalate issues as needed.
- Deliver reporting and insights via Excel PowerPoint and Adobe tools.
- Support operational management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Project Management & Business Process Management.
- Advanced Excel & Data Analysis (pivot tables dashboards reporting).
- Budget management & vendor/contract oversight.
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with O365 (Excel Teams SharePoint) Salesforce JIRA/Confluence Asana.
- Experience in operations management.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe projects (reporting presentations).
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies or workflow optimization.
- Experience with process automation and documentation standardization.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Operations or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3 6 years relevant experience in project/program management.
