Job Summary

Qualifications:

Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
3 5 years of personal injury litigation experience required.
Experience in both state and federal courts preferred.
Maritime law experience is a plus.
Prior federal clerkship experience law review or graduation from a top-tier law school or national law firm is strongly encouraged and will be favorably considered.
Strong oral advocacy legal writing and research skills are essential.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to client service.
