- Overseeing technical IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Communicating effectively with external stakeholders and internal staff.
- Managing projects in a balanced matrix environment with evolving priorities.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum of 10 years in the Information Technology field.
- Minimum of 10 years as a Project Manager overseeing technical IT projects.
- At least 3 years of experience working in local government.
- Ability to work in a Balanced Matrix environment.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Fundamental knowledge of Infrastructure Server-based projects Active Directory Patching Disaster Recovery Windows Cloud Technologies and Virtual Call Center projects.
- Minimum of 10 years in the Information Technology field.
- Minimum of 10 years as a Project Manager overseeing technical IT projects.
- At least 3 years of experience working in local government.
- Ability to work in a Balanced Matrix environment.
