We are seeking a Tech PM QA to join our team. This role will involve leading technical project management with a strong focus on quality assurance (QA). The ideal candidate will have experience in project management automated QA Selenium and Test Complete with a passion for delivering high-quality software products that meet business and user requirements.

Location: McLean VA
Duration: 6 months

As a Technical Project Manager - QA you will be responsible for managing quality assurance processes and driving successful project outcomes. The Technical Project Manager - QA will work closely with developers product managers and stakeholders to ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and performance. This position requires strong leadership skills a deep understanding of test automation and expertise in managing large-scale QA efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Strategy: Develop and implement policies for product documentation and continuous quality improvement processes.
• Test Management: Oversee and manage the planning and execution of product testing efforts ensuring all activities meet defined quality standards and delivery timelines.
• Defect Management: Identify document track and collaborate with development teams to resolve software defects and bugs.
• Requirements & Metrics: Translate customer needs into clear requirements define QA metrics and monitor performance for continuous improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including developers product managers and business stakeholders to ensure product quality and resolve concerns.
• Technical Oversight: Understand technical trends assess risks and provide expertise to enhance product performance and overall quality.

• 8 10 years of total experience in project management and QA.
• Strong background in automated QA Selenium and Test Complete.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end QA processes and large-scale testing projects.
• Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
