Job Description

Role: Senior Analyst - Force Documentation Analyst

POP: 12 months

Location: National Capital Region (Onsite at Pentagon in DC)

SCOPE

The Force Documentation Analyst provides specialized expertise in force management documentation equipment requirements analysis and BOIP development. This position requires mastery of TOEs MTOEs TDAs and the processes for documenting current and future equipment requirements for Army units and organizations.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Secret Clearance required (TS Clearance may be required for certain portfolios)
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in force management processes and documents
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel program
  • Expert knowledge of TDAs TOEs and MTOEs
  • Understanding of processes and procedures for Army manpower authorizations for military and civilian personnel
  • In-depth knowledge of HQDA staff organization and functions of Army and Secretariat staffs and DoD staff
  • Experience with FMSWeb cQUIP and force structure databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to integrate and adjudicate disparate input from multiple subject matter experts
  • Experience with BOIP development and equipment authorization processes

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Masters degree may substitute for one year of force development experience; PhD may substitute for two years
  • Experience as Organization Integrator (OI) or Functional Integrator (FI)
  • Knowledge of Equipment Review and Validation Board (ERVB) processes
  • Understanding of LIN validation and cQUIP operations
  • Experience with Standard Requirements Codes (SRCs)
  • Requirements Management Certification Training (RMCT) Level-B certification

TASKS:

  • Perform analysis relating to documentation of current and future equipment requirements for the Army
  • Analyze SRCs TOEs MTOEs and TDAs
  • Integrate input from DOM SSOs in developing suitability supportability and resource ability assessments of requirements and authorizations documents
  • Review documents received from G-3 FM Organization Integrators (OI) and Functional Integrators (FI)
  • Perform range of analysis and evaluation pertaining to unit equipment requirements and authorizations
  • Demonstrate innovative concepts and unique capabilities for solving equipment issues related to documentation integration and sourcing
  • Effectively integrate and adjudicate disparate input from tasked DOM divisions SSOs and other subject matter experts
  • Support FDP leadership with type classification substitutions adding LINs and LIN validation in cQUIP
  • Verify AO requests for accounts and facilitate validation between cQUIP and DOM Divisions
  • Coordinate with DOM Divisions in managing all HQDA LINs/NSLINs appearing on HQDA LIN List report
  • Coordinate with DOM Division Budget POC for changes of AO assignment
  • Edit all HQDA data fields for any HQDA LIN or NSLIN
  • Add or remove LINs or NSLINs from HQDA LIN List
  • Monitor and support Army FD position in LIN Validation and participation in required meetings and briefings
  • Support Equipment Review and Validation Board (ERVB) preparation and execution
  • Analyze force structure changes and equipment authorization impacts
  • Prepare briefings and information papers on documentation issues
  • Coordinate across TRADOC AMC and ACOMs on requirements documentation
  • All other duties as assigned by management
