System Analyst - Rhapsody Integration Engineer

Candidates will be required to come on-site sometimes for project plans meetings etc. NO exceptions

Works as part of the Virginia Department of Health Office of Information Management (VDH) to develop and maintain multiple Rhapsody solutions.

Specific Task(s):

Develop Maintain and Enhance Rhapsody solutions
Expertise in HL7 FHIR eICR JavaScript
Good SQL development skills

Required Skill set:

3 years of HL7 interface experience in Rhapsody
2 years of experience with EHR Cerner Millennium preferred
Working knowledge of TCP/IP. HTTPs Web services Microsoft OS security protocols
Experience with SQL Server XML and interface engines
Solid understanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 FHIR and X12
Proven ability to perform data mapping transformation and validation across disparate systems
Familiarity with secure data exchange protocols (e.g. VPN SFTP HTTPS) and regulatory compliance frameworks including HIPAA and HITECH
