Role Summary
The Senior Analyst Market Research acts as a key voice of the customer delivering actionable insights that shape strategic planning product development go-to-market strategy and marketing efforts across the organization. This role designs executes and analyzes both primary and secondary research to inform business strategy customer success and solution enhancements. Leveraging expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research-including advanced methodologies and statistical analysis-the Senior Analyst translates findings into clear actionable recommendations for senior partnership with the VP this role also contributes to research planning vendor management and stakeholder communication to ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
Primary Responsibilities
Partner with the Vice President Market Research and business unit leaders to identify research needs define goals select methodologies and establish project milestones. Develop project plans to ensure timely delivery of research aligned with organizational priorities.
Lead the design and execution of market research projects including survey development discussion guide creation programming and management of surveys. Facilitate focus groups and one-on-one interviews and coordinate with internal educator panels and external vendors.
Analyze survey data and qualitative findings using advanced statistical techniques and data analysis tools. Evaluate and synthesize third-party research. Present clear actionable insights to executive and business unit stakeholders ensuring findings support strategic goals and decision-making.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of research methods tools and practices. Support the development of quantitative and analytical skills within the Market Research team.
