Job Description
- The QA Analyst will work as part of an agile content management product team supporting digital e-commerce initiatives and web redesign projects.
- This role involves executing test cases identifying and documenting defects updating regression test suites and validating production releases.
- The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams participate in grooming sessions support User Acceptance Testing and report testing metrics to the QA Lead.
- Create and execute test cases regression testing system testing and UAT.
- Document triage and track defects during sprints.
- Participate in sprint planning grooming and scrum activities.
- Validate site and checkout flows post-production release.
- Maintain test data order needs and regression suites.
- Collaborate with QA Lead and product teams to identify dependencies.
- Contribute to continuous learning and test coverage improvements.
- 3 5 years QA experience (minimum 2 years required).
- Strong background in e-commerce UI/UX and website testing.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
- Experience with test planning requirement mapping and defect management.
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field (QA certs nice to have).
- Familiarity with Jira Confluence TestRail and other test management tools.
- Experience with Mable automation framework or other low-code testing tools.
- Strong written/verbal communication and ability to work with distributed teams.
