Job Summary
Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in electrical engineering and project supervision A respected and forward-thinking company in the electrical contracting sector is seeking a skilled professional to lead on-site operations across a variety of high-impact projects.
What Youll Be Doing:
Oversee and coordinate all electrical site operations and personnel.
Ensure seamless communication with project managers clients and stakeholders.
Manage tools materials deliveries and on-site inventory.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality and progress.
Attend and contribute to site meetings; provide detailed progress reports.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
Develop project timelines manage resources and stay within budget.
Identify risks and mitigate issues before they impact delivery.
What You Bring:
Minimum 5 years of proven site management experience in electrical environments.
Electrical Engineering Diploma/Degree (required).
Registration with ECA / ECB (preferred).
Trade Test Certificate (3-phase) and a valid Wiremans License.
Strong understanding of JBCC FIDIC NEC GCC contracts.
Knowledge of BCEA LRA EEA OHSA and relevant labor regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A valid Drivers License and willingness to travel as needed.
