Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior FIT Consultants to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidates will be fluent in German and have a passion for creating unforgettable travel itineraries. This is a full-time position based at our clients offices in Oranjezicht Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop customized travel itineraries for clients.
- Communicate with clients in German to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Coordinate with various service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel planning process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations and industry trends.
- Handle administrative tasks related to travel bookings and client communications.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must have matric.
- Must be a South African citizen or have permanent residence status.
- Must be fluent in German (reading writing and speaking).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday (working hours: 09:30 to 18:00 for 1-2 staff members and 08:30 to 17:00 for one staff member).
Experience:
- Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field is preferred but not required.
