We are looking for a Patient Consultant on a full-time basis (Remote: Pretoria or Johannesburg based)

We are looking for a Patient Consultant on a full-time basis (Remote: Pretoria or Johannesburg based)

As a Patient Consultant you accompany our patients along their journey with the Weight Doctors beginning with the initial contact continuing to their treatment day and through to their post-treatment support.

Tasks

Your responsibilities:

• Provide first contact support to patients
• Carry out consultations; understanding the patients needs to share treatment recommendations
• Ensure patient wellbeing before during and after their treatment
• Documentation and medical compliance;
• Treatment planning and coordination;
• Collaborate with nutritionists doctors and surgeons before and after treatments; and
• Travel to clinic locations as required (Pretoria Johannesburg Cape Town) - approx. 1 day per week.

Requirements

Your profile:

• Proven customer service experience with both online and face-to-face interaction
• Background in nutrition health sciences is beneficial
• Previous professional experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Native English speaker with excellent oral and written communication skills additional language skills ideal
