Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
- Service client sites across Cape Town: water check soil moisture dust/clean foliage prune groom and rotate plants for even growth.
- Monitor and maintain plant health by identifying pests diseases and environmental issues and reporting such instances to your supervisor.
- Assess lighting temperature and placement conditions advising on improvements when needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates to clients and supervisors.
- Ensure maintenance of plants are adhere to
Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Certification or training in horticulture/indoor plant care.
- Familiarity with sub-irrigation systems and green building/biophilic design principles.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years working experience
- Practical experience in horticulture landscaping or interior plant care.
- Knowledge of plant care techniques including watering fertilising pruning and pest management.
- Strong customer service and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and follow established maintenance schedules.
- A valid South African drivers licence and clean driving record (essential as the role involves travelling between client sites).
- Willingness to travel within the Cape Town metropolitan area daily.
