JOB DESCRIPTION: Revit/MEP Drafting Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be a BIM Innovator:
Produce detailedMEP-focused models and drawingsinAutodesk Revit(HVAC electrical plumbing and fire protection).
Collaborate with architects engineers and field technicians to document existing conditions and translate laser scan data intoaccurate 2D and 3D deliverables.
Performclash detection coordination and constructability reviewsacross MEP systems.
Be Adaptable:
Work on a wide variety of projects each with unique scopes client standards and software workflows.
Coordinate with project managers and survey teams to ensuredesign intent and technical requirementsare met.
Be Cutting-Edge:
Integratelaser scan data point clouds and 360 imageryinto BIM workflows.
Utilize Coast 2 Coasts advanced tech stack (AutoCAD Navisworks and emerging Revit plugins) to enhance deliverable accuracy.
Stay ahead of industry trends by learning new tools and techniques for MEP and BIM modeling.

REQUIREMENTS:
2 years of experiencewithAutodesk Revit especially for MEP drafting or coordination.
Knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing design principles.
Ability to interpret and convertfield data (laser scans as-builts)into detailed Revit models.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Must beorganized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
