Responsibilities
Reports directly to Director General Counsel and Company Secretary of Hang Lung Group Limited and Hang Lung Properties Limited this role will primarily responsible for:
- working with the company secretarial team all aspects of listed companies compliance work (HK listing rules SFO Companies Ordinance Takeover Code etc.) including but not limited to
- advising and preparing agreements announcements and circulars
- staying abreast of and advising on legal and regulatory developments
- preparing submissions to consultation papers
- drafting policies devising compliance processes and providing internal training
- drafting and updating governance-related policies
- advising and preparing documents on general corporate and operational matters including but not limited to employment marketing data privacy and other general corporate issues
Requirements
- HK qualified lawyers with at least 10 years PQEs
- Hong Kong listed companies compliance experience with reputable law firms and general corporate in-house experience
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Hands-on and solutions-oriented
- Good communication and influencing skills
- Able to handle matters independently
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a bonus.
