Une offre de stage intitulée Stage en certification & qualification sur H125 et H130 (h/f) vient de souvrir au sein de Airbus Helicopters sur son site de Marignane.

Vous rejoindrez une équipe dynamique et passionnée de 11 personnes au sein du département Initial Airworthiness France en charge de la certification et qualification des hélicoptères légers de la famille Ecureuil (H125 et H130).

Ce stage nécessite une habilitation de sécurité ou nécessite dêtre éligible à une habilitation par les autorités reconnues.

Vos missions principales :

1) Lancer une recherche bibliographique sur le bird strike :

• Expliquer le phénomène du bird strike

• Documenter lhistorique des accidents sur Hélicoptère et avions

• Identifier les différences entre un Hélicoptère et un avion en termes de risques de choc à loiseau (selon les missions des aéronefs)

2) Effectuer une étude de la certification du bird strike:

• Documenter le rationnel et la date dapplicabilité du besoin de certification réglementaire du bird strike

• Identifier les versions Hélicoptère AIRBUS HELICOPTERS qui sont déjà certifiés vis-à-vis du bird strike. Identifier celles qui ne le sont pas et les raisons associées.

3) Analyser de lexigence réglementaire du bird strike:

• Réaliser une introduction sur la structure de la réglementation EASA (PART21 / CS / AMCGM)

• Mener une étude du cadre réglementaire lié au bird strike et de ses guidance materials et de la manière de répondre à lexigence (tests conditions de tests...)

4) Faire la proposition de MoC table couvrant la certification hypothétique du bird strike de lEC130-T2.

Au travers de ce stage vous serez amené à:

• communiquer avec les interlocuteurs de léquipe LH incluant les CQEs de lInitial certification et du Continued Airworthiness (Suivi de Navigabilité) et avec léquipe dexpertise en certification.

• Identifier des bases de certification et les exigences de navigabilité applicables (FAR27 JAR27 et CS27) au regard du bird strike

• Elaboration dune MoC table en vue de la réalisation dun programme de certification préliminaire

• Développer les connaissances techniques et de navigabilité au niveau hélicoptère plus particulièrement sur le bird strike.

• Découvrir le processus de certification civile.

Votre carte dembarquement pour cette aventure :
Vous êtes actuellement en 5ème année décole dingénieur généraliste ou dingénierie aéronautique.

Ce stage dune durée de 4 à 6 mois débutera idéalement en Février 2026 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Les compétences attendues pour ce poste :

• Une connaissance ou cursus en certification et qualification des aéronefs serait un plus

• Une Connaissance du système réglementaire (EASA règlement européen) serait un plus

• Bon esprit déquipe

• Bonne capacité de communication

• Rigueur avec un esprit de structuration et de synthèse

• Ouverture desprit pro-activité

• Curiosité intellectuelle

Your mission :
An internship opportunity titled : Internship in certification and qualification on H125 and H130 (m/f) has just opened at Airbus Helicopters located on Marignane site location. You will join the ETJF department in charge of helicopters Certification & Qualification activities.

You will join a dynamic and passionate team of 11 people within the department Initial Airworthiness France in charge of the certification and qualification of the light helicopter family so-called Ecureuil (H125 et H130).

Ideally this is a 4 to 6 months internship and it should start in February 2026 (date subject to flexibility). This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Supervised by your tutor you will develop your skills by working on the following activities:
1)To realize a bibliography research on bird strike topic:
- to explain the birdstrike phenomena
- to perform documentation research on incident/accident occured on Helicopters and Planes.
- to identify the differences between Helicopters and Planes in terms of bird strike risks (depending on aircraft missions/operations).

2) Realize a certification study for the birdstrike topic:
- to perform study to document the rational and applicability date for the airworthiness need of bird strike regulation
- to identify the AIRBUS HELICOPTERS helicopter versions which are already certified versus bird strike. To identify the ones which are not certified versus bird strike and the reason why.
- to realise an analysis on the airworthiness requirement of bird strike:
to realize an introduction of EASA regulation structure (PART21 / CS / AMCGM)
to realize a study of the regulation perimeter regarding bird strike and associated guidance materials
to realise a study of how to answer to the airworthiness requirement (tests test conditions...)
- to realize a MoC table proposition covering the hypothetical bird strike certification on EC130-T2.

Within this internship you will
- to communicate with all LH teams interlocutors including Initial certification CQEs and Continued Airworthiness CQEs and with the Airworthiness Expert team.
- to identify the certification basis and applicable airworthiness requirements (FAR27 JAR27 et CS27) in regards with bird strike
- to elaborate a MoC table in order to realize a preliminary certification program
- to develop technical and airworthiness knowledge at all helicopter levels especially regarding bird strike.
- to discover the civil certification process.

Your Boarding Pass:
You are preparing a diploma level Bac5 in general engineering school of aeronautic engineering.
You possess the following competences:
