QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Economics or a related field (Masters degree is an advantage)
At least 5 years of accounting and tax experience in an international or production environment
Strong knowledge of Algerian tax legislation and international accounting standards (IFRS/IAS)
Experience in the preparation and review of tax returns statutory financial statements and reconciliations
Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work both independently and as a team
High attention to detail accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Execute daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with group policies
Prepare review and submit monthly quarterly and annual tax returns
Follow changes in Algerian tax legislation and assess their impact on company operations
Support internal and external audits
Ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing and other reporting processes
Providing accurate financial and tax reporting to management and head office.
