Job Description
- Processing invoices in SAP from various locations for payment.
- Reviewing all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment.
- Booking expenses in correct GL with appropriate tax code (TDS / GST)
- Prioritize invoices according to discount potential and payment terms.
- Preparing discount invoices and follow-up for payment.
- Ensure you receive correct documents for the vendor creation process.
- Regular follow-up through email with internal as well as external customer / vendor.
- Reconcile vendor statements research and correct discrepancies at regular intervals.
- Processing Vendor Invoices and Payments. (INR and FX).
- Dealing with other airlines for payment.
- Preparation of Monthly weekly MIS as required.
- Compiling management reports and assisting with audits.
Qualification & Experience: -
- Should be a Graduate in any discipline
- 05 years of experience in accounting
- Analyze data and prepare reports for management
- Knowledge of SAP
