Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities 主要工作职责
- Develop in-depth category and market analysis for growth opportunity identification incl. new category expansion respond to new channel dynamics or tackle new shopper behavior change.
- Lead monthly market share reporting of different channels deep dive market share driver / drainers and reasons behind to guide business action plan.
- Lead category forecast and share simulation to spot out new growth upside and alert risk of target missing.
- Lead data analytics projects (e.g. marketing mix modelling) and shopper study.
- Synthesize category and consumer / shopper insights for business diagnosis (e.g. market share loss brand superiority analysis) and action recommendation.
- Lead Skin Health category innovation research projects end to end via market landscaping NPD ambition and sales estimate and post launch tracking.
- Lead Skin Health consumer studies (U&A creative test brand health tracking) to influence strategic decision making and operational excellence. Independent project delivery and agency management.
- Integrate 1st/2nd / 3rd party data and lead consumer study for segmentation and TA sharpening campaign execution and media efficiency optimization in Skin Health EC
- Develop trustful partnership with local cross function teams APAC and Global CBIA teams.
Qualifications/Requirements: (Education / Experience / Competencies)

- Experienced in market and business data analysis market share analysis and projection and category forecast. Both agency and client sides experience. Nielsen / IQVIA experience preferred.
- Experienced analytics skills incl. media mix modelling study Tmall and / or JD ISV projects with proficiency in databank strategy center SYCM TMIC Shufang. Modelling skill is a plus.
- Have experience in different types of consumer studies from research design to execution to final reporting stage. Able to synthesize consumer insight into business diagnosis.
- OTC category experience is a Plus.
- Quick learner self-motivated extraversive and proactive to connect with people (majority of OTC stakeholders are in Beijing).
- Resilient multi-tasking can deliver under pressure and short lead time.
- Proven stability in former employment agility to manage change
