How Youll Help:
Sales and Business Development Director will work on developing qualified business partner channels and closing sales leads via high quality marketing content and strategy meetings with college students for the Asia Pacific region. Sales work will require direct discussion with potential clients both online and face-to-face to provide advice on education planning and identify which of our services are most appropriate. Business Development work will include contributing to Asia-Pacific region marketing strategy and events setting up identifying local advertising channels and establishing corporate and individual partnerships as well as working on marketing campaigns. This is a position for someone intrepid with a strong entrepreneurial bent and who takes a ton of initiative. What Youll Do:

  • Follow up with potential clients and close sales with new students and their parents
  • Generate interest in company services and programs through community outreach and networking
  • Formulate local marketing strategy to generate new leads
  • Coordinate marketing events and other recruiting events with partnering organizations or individuals
  • Produce engaging promotion content and coordinate online events for national marketing campaigns
  • Track local marketing data to analyze marketing performance vs. KPIs
  • Form partnerships with education companies schools financial institutions parents groups as well as other organizations and be responsible for lead generation.

Youll be a good fit if you:

  • Have at least five years of experience in the education industry; candidates with significant experience in sales recruitment or enrollment may also be considered. Experience in graduate school counseling or admissions is a plus.
  • Bring experience in sales or business development with an existing network or connections in the area as an advantage.
  • Holding a degree from a U.S. university is a plus.
  • Are a strong communicator both in writing and speaking with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent writing skills required with the ability to write for specific audiences
  • Strong English and Chinese language skills required with ability to perform English-Chinese interpretation for public speakers preferred
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (WeChat RED etc.) preferred but not required
  • Must be positive energetic and committed to high quality work
