- Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted engagement strategies and loyalty initiatives.
- Oversee decentralised sales operations ensuring scalable and efficient sales processes.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales and GTM approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Develop and implement incentive programs to motivate sales teams and enhance customer acquisition.
- Leverage data and insights to inform your decision making.
