As an E&I General Foreperson with Electrical and/or Instrumentation Journeyperson ticket youll leverage your expertise to oversee precise E&I projects in Saskatchewan. You will play a key role within the site operations team reporting directly to the Superintendent. You will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of your crew(s) ensuring safe efficient and high-quality execution of all project activities. This role provides strong on-site leadership through coordinating work supervising personnel and maintaining a consistent and fair application of all company policies and procedures. You will champion a safe work environment support compliance with operational standards and foster a positive team culture through clear communication coaching and accountability. Working closely with the Superintendent client representatives and cross-functional teams the General Foreperson helps ensure work is completed on schedule risks are managed and overall project objectives are met.
What would you be doing
- Provide supervision to multiple crews and services.
- Prepare monitor and drive project schedule with the operations team to ensure budget and timelines are met.
- Estimate and manage project labour and material requirements.
- Establish implement and oversee site safety plans and quality control measures
- Manage resources to maintain and enhance critical equipment performance.

Qualifications :
- Is results-oriented passionate about construction and has proven experience managing construction sites.
- Extensive experience in supervisory roles on industrial client sites with a solutions-focused mindset.
- A journeyperson ticket in a mechanical or electrical trade is considered an asset.
- Proven leader who motivates people and maintains effective relationships with clients and crew.
- Have valid safety tickets such as CSTS Standard First Aid and Common Safety Orientation (CSO).
- Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.
