Job Title: Administrator
Location: Thurso (Full-time on-site)
Contract Length: 12 months
Rate: 18.07 24.98 per hour (Umbrella)
IR35 Status: In scope

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join a busy team on a long-term contract. This role is well suited to someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience in an administrative role ideally within a structured or process-driven environment
Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and document control skills
Confident in using electronic systems and databases
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

Provide a wide range of administrative support across the department
Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is properly collated and verified
Manage data securely and in line with company procedures
Coordinate meetings prepare minutes and manage document distribution
Support projects and facilities teams with document control and system administration
