Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategic planning and execution of AI initiatives within Global Medical Affairs
Oversee the full lifecycle of medical AI products acting as product owner where appropriate
Own the Global Medical Affairs AI roadmap aligned across Development domains
Provide expert medical insights to guide AI product innovation and partnerships
Drive adoption of AI solutions and embed process changes across GMA functions
Build and lead a high-performing innovation-driven AI team
Champion a culture of collaboration entrepreneurship and user-centered design

What Youll Bring to the Role

Advanced degree in computer science engineering life sciences or related field; business degree or experience preferred
Extensive experience in technology digital transformation or business solutions ideally in healthcare or life sciences
Proven leadership in innovation and transformation across global enterprise-level organizations
Demonstrated success in delivering AI solutions at scale preferably through strategic external partnerships
Strong track record in building high-performing multidisciplinary teams with executive-level credibility
Experience managing Agile/SCRUM software development cycles and driving operational efficiency
