Join a high-performance team building agentic AI solutions to modernize the retail industry. As a founding engineer you will design technical foundations develop intelligent LLM pipelines and own product modules end-to-end. You will work directly with business stakeholders to translate customer needs into intuitive high-impact B2B software experiences.

What you will do:

Define technical foundations across frontend backend and data infrastructure to enable rapid iteration.
Experiment with modern agentic frameworks to build reliable and observable AI agents for enterprise production.
Own full product modules from initial sketch to production ensuring high performance reliability and quality.

The ideal candidate:

24 years of experience building high-performance web applications with a strong focus on user experience.
Proven expertise in building and deploying LLM-powered applications from the ground up.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to move fast in an ambiguous environment and own entire features.
