About the role
Join a fabrication team working across workshop and site projects in Brisbane. Perform welding fabrication and structural repairs on crushers conveyors and heavy plant. 7 days on / 7 days off roster 12-hour shifts (6 PM 6 AM).
Skills & Experience
- Trade-qualified Boilermaker
- Skilled in MIG TIG and stick welding
- Experience with structural steel and heavy plate
- Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
- Strong safety focus and team attitude
Tickets & Licences
- Current drivers licence
- Construction Industry White Card
- Confined Space & Working at Heights (or willing to obtain)
- High-risk work licences (forklift dogging rigging) are desirable
- Must have unlimited working rights in Australia
Benefits
- $75/hour flat rate
- 7:7 roster 12-hour day shifts (6PM 6 AM)
- Brisbane-based role not FIFO home every night on days off
