Lead & Inspire a motivated sales team to exceed goals in a high-energy environment.
Drive Performance through hands-on deal structuring trade appraisals and inventory optimization.
Champion the Customer Experience by ensuring each interaction is exceptional building loyal long-term relationships.
Collaborate Across Departments to maximize profitability and streamline operations.
Recruit & Develop Top Talent turning product specialists into sales superstars.
Stay Ahead of the Curve with deep product knowledge of all Chevrolet vehicles and the competitive market.
3 years of automotive sales management experience (Chevy/GMC preferred).
A proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
Strong coaching leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with CRM DMS and internet sales platforms.
A passion for the automotive industry and delivering world-class customer service.
Valid drivers license and a drive to succeed.
