Requirement
You should have:
- at least Bachelors or Graduation degree in Social Science or any other relevant degree
- One Two years of relevant work experience
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- team player skills
- good writing skills
- basic Knowledge of survey and other research designs
- ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- good communication and interpersonal Skills
- resilience and ability to cope with work pressure
- willing to work in the communities/field sites
- good Computer and Report Writing Skills
Introduction
The Outreach and Research Programme of the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health has ten community-based field sites across Pakistan (including four in Karachi) and focuses on research for betterment of women and child health. The Department has a Nutritional Research Laboratory as well as an Infectious Disease Research Laboratory that cater to the needs of its research projects. It has well-acclaimed work to its credit both at the national and international level.

This is a grant funded contractual position
Responsibilities
you will be responsible to:
- collect data using digital tools as per project protocol
- conduct maternal and newborn anthropometric measurements
- perform household visits in line with study procedures
- do household visits as per project protocol
- coordinate regularly with project supervisors to discuss field-related activities
- provide appropriate counselling to study participants
- maintain all project data in an organized and confidential manner
- plan and conduct awareness sessions within the community if required
