Job Brief:

As a Strategy Analyst you will work directly with the CEO and play a central role in shaping and operationalizing Waheds strategic direction. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the companys Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) framework - ensuring that our high-level vision is translated into actionable measurable outcomes. This role will provide broad exposure across all aspects of the business- including Product Growth Operations and Finance - and serve as a unique launchpad for a future high impact role within Wahed.

Job Description:

Develop and Oversee Company-Wide Strategy

Design implement and manage OKRs across all departments.
Build dashboards and define key metrics to serve as the companys single source of truth.

Drive Performance and Accountability

Record track and report on strategic initiatives linked to OKRs.
Identify leading indicators to measure performance and recommend course corrections.

Support Executive Decision-Making

Work closely with the CEO preparing for and facilitating strategy meetings with senior leadership.
Ensure strategic information is organized accessible and actionable.

Transform Data into Insights

Create clear concise and compelling presentations on company performance for the Board of Directors and leadership team.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic narratives.

Job Specification:

Qualifications & Experience

1-2 years of experience in management consulting investment banking or strategy at a high-growth technology company.
Strong problem-solving ability with a structured hypothesis-driven approach.
Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g. Metabase MixPanel Segment).Familiarity with SQL and Google Apps Script for process automation is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/LLMs and automation platforms (e.g. n8n Zapier) to enhance workflows.
