Job Brief:
As a Strategy Analyst you will work directly with the CEO and play a central role in shaping and operationalizing Waheds strategic direction. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the companys Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) framework - ensuring that our high-level vision is translated into actionable measurable outcomes. This role will provide broad exposure across all aspects of the business- including Product Growth Operations and Finance - and serve as a unique launchpad for a future high impact role within Wahed.
Job Description:
- Design implement and manage OKRs across all departments.
- Build dashboards and define key metrics to serve as the companys single source of truth.
- Record track and report on strategic initiatives linked to OKRs.
- Identify leading indicators to measure performance and recommend course corrections.
- Work closely with the CEO preparing for and facilitating strategy meetings with senior leadership.
- Ensure strategic information is organized accessible and actionable.
- Create clear concise and compelling presentations on company performance for the Board of Directors and leadership team.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic narratives.

Job Specification:
- 1-2 years of experience in management consulting investment banking or strategy at a high-growth technology company.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a structured hypothesis-driven approach.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g. Metabase MixPanel Segment).Familiarity with SQL and Google Apps Script for process automation is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/LLMs and automation platforms (e.g. n8n Zapier) to enhance workflows.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build automate and optimize processes.
- Alignment with Waheds mission to create an inclusive ethical and interest-free financial ecosystem.
- Direct CEO Mentorship: Work closely with our CEO and leadership team gaining first-hand insight into building and scaling a global fintech company.
