In this role you will:
Develop implement evaluate and facilitate training programs to meet strategic organizational needs.
Identify learning and development needs of colleagues and design appropriate programs.
Apply current learning and motivation theories methods and techniques to enhance program effectiveness.
Plan schedule coordinate and track training learning & development sessions
Proactively ensure support for areas to understand training to operation qualification progression status
Ensure support for learning systems creation of content for training learning and development initiatives
Identify opportunities for learning and development programs to enable colleague growth
Contribute to project tasks and milestones organizing work to meet deadlines.
Learn and apply basic team effectiveness skills within the immediate work team.
Make decisions within limited options to resolve basic problems working under supervisors direction.
Work in a structured environment using established procedures seeking guidance from SMEs.
Ensure work is regularly reviewed for technical judgment completeness and accuracy.
Contribute to the development of key communications tactics and initiatives coordinating and helping to develop the communications concept and strategy.
Provide on-the-floor coaching
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Support curricula updates and learning plan development
Bachelors degree with 0 years of experience or an Associates degree with 4 years of relevant experience or a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Office especially Word Excel and Access
Strong organizational skills time management and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of learning and development principles
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Experience in Continuous Improvement Projects
Demonstrated track record of project management
High level of accuracy and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Advanced degree is preferred
Experience with learning management systems
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to facilitate training sessions and provide on-the-floor coaching.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
May require travel to different sites for training sessions and coaching.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $66500.00 to $110900.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
