NHC is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its admissions outreach and scholarship management portfolio. As a premier undergraduate college NHC is home to high-achieving students who aspire to lead and serve with global impact. The Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the Colleges student body by overseeing the admissions process managing prestigious scholarship programmes and driving high-impact outreach and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the full admissions cycle for NHC including candidate evaluation interviews and coordination with NTUs Office of Admissions (OA).
Manage the placement tracking and engagement of scholarship recipients under the Nanyang Merit Scholarship (NMS) NTU Talent Scholarship (TS) Nanyang Global Scholarship (NGS) and NTU Presidents Award (NTUPA).
Coordinate with internal departments and scholarship offices to ensure accurate placement compliance and continued development opportunities for scholars.
Plan and deliver NHCs signature events (e.g. Freshmen Welcome Reception Scholar Engagement Series Open House and outreach briefings).
Oversee the content development and maintenance of the NHC website and related digital platforms to ensure accuracy branding alignment and effective outreach.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders and engage external partners where relevant.
Track outcomes monitor processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in admissions and scholarship strategy.
Job Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in any discipline
A postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
Strong understanding of university-level admissions scholarships and student development.
Familiarity with higher education outreach stakeholder engagement and digital communications.
Working knowledge of content management systems CRM tools and event planning best practices.
At least 10 years of experience in higher education admissions programme management or student affairs.
Proven ability to manage high-performing student populations and cross-functional collaborations.
Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage concurrent deadlines.
Strategic thinker with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Data Analysis and management reporting: Ability to monitor collect and analyse data to evaluate results and create reports and/or presentations. Ability to assess the accuracy validity and integrity of the data. Experience in working with database management applications.
Manage Work Processes: Ability to measure and evaluate work processes and services to achieve goals. Ability to redesign processes using most appropriate methods and technology to meet or exceed organisational needs. Ability to identify opportunities implement solutions and measure impact.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications; knowledge of web editing tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus.
