Court Filings & Case Management: Prepare and electronically file pleadings in federal and state courts; manage case files deadlines and calendars across multiple jurisdictions.
Arbitration & Mediation Support: Coordinate case intake and conflict checks; assist with scheduling and logistics; prepare draft documents and budgets; provide technical support for remote sessions via Zoom/Teams.
Client & Attorney Support: Help prepare presentations proposals and summaries for client meetings; maintain communication with clients and experts in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
Current law student (2L/3L) or recent law graduate; paralegal certificate or prior legal experience a plus.
Strong research writing and analytical skills.
Familiarity with federal and state court rules and e-filing systems (CM/ECF PACER).
