Job Description

About the Role:

Grade Level (for internal use):

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Product Owner to join our Digital Transformation Solutions team. This team is responsible for building customized platforms tailored to the evolving needs of our stakeholders and business units. As a key contributor you will help drive the delivery of high-value solutions in every PI by applying SAFe Agile principles and collaborating across a large dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the product backlog ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder needs.
  • Define and communicate clear product visions and roadmaps that support workplace transformation goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering design and business teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable user stories and features.
  • Lead agile ceremonies including PI iteration planning System Demos and retrospectives to ensure continuous delivery and improvement.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and development teams ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform iterative improvements and future planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
  • 7 years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in product ownership or product management preferably in enterprise or digital transformation environments.
  • Strong understanding of SAFe Agile methodology and product lifecycle management.
  • Leading the development process by creating a product roadmap based on this vision.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
  • Looking after all the stages of product creation including design and development.
  • Helping the scrum/product development team achieve each sprints goals.
  • Before the product is released each iteration is adjusted and improved.
  • Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with tools like Jira Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
