- Deliver one-on-one fitness training sessions in client homes or designated locations.
- Develop customized programs specializing in strength training Pilates and machine work when appropriate.
- Provide ongoing support motivation and accountability with a gentle and encouraging approach.
- Track progress and adapt training plans as needed.
- Educate clients on safe exercise techniques and balanced lifestyles.
- Build trust through positivity and clear communication.
- Female Exercise Specialist with a positive upbeat personality.
- Nationally recognized certification (ISSA NASM ACE ACSM).
- CPR/AED certified.
- Knowledge of exercise physiology anatomy and nutrition.
- Experience with machine training Pilates and strength coaching preferred.
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends.
- Reliable transportation & valid drivers license.
