Job Summary

The Manager Facilities Maintenance and EHS ( Environmental Health and Safety) is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of facility operations maintenance programs and environmental health and safety compliance. This role ensures a safe efficient and compliant workplace supporting business continuity and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Management

Oversee daily operations of building systems grounds and equipment.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts for facility services.

Maintenance Leadership

Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
Supervise maintenance staff and ensure timely resolution of equipment and infrastructure issues.

EHS Compliance & Program Management

Lead EHS initiatives to ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations.
Develop and deliver safety training conduct audits and drive continuous improvement in safety culture.

Team Development & Collaboration

Recruit train and mentor facilities maintenance and EHS staff.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with operations HR and other departments.

Budgeting & Resource Management

Prepare and manage budgets for facilities maintenance and EHS programs.
Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Emergency Preparedness & Response

Develop and maintain emergency response plans.
Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications

Associates or Bachelors degree with 5 years of experience combined in facilities maintenance or EHS management including those in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree preferred
Professional certifications (e.g. CFM PMP CSP CIH).
Experience in manufacturing or regulated environments med device highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance best practices and EHS regulations.
Proven leadership and team development skills.
Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Disclosure as required by applicable law the annual salary range for this position is $94667 to $148763. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location work experience education and skill level. The salary range is CONMEDs good faith belief at the time of this posting.
