Job Description

Group New Car Director SVG Motors Headquarters (Beavercreek OH)

Base Salary: $1500/week Performance Bonuses Demo Vehicle

SVG Motors is seeking a strategic and results-driven Group New Car Director to oversee and optimize all aspects of new vehicle operations across our Chevrolet GMC FCA and Toyota franchises. Based at our headquarters in Beavercreek OH this pivotal role will drive consistency profitability and volume growth in new car operations throughout the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Desking & Deal Structuring:

  • Oversee all new vehicle desking and transaction approvals across all rooftops.
  • Ensure lease structures are utilized where advantageous and compliant.
  • Collaborate with store-level sales teams to optimize gross while remaining competitive.

Incentive & Rebate Management:

  • Ensure accurate application and timely collection of all manufacturer incentives and rebates.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all OEM program changes and requirements.
  • Communicate all new car messaging toSales Staff and attend all new car franchise online Go To Market Meetings

Inventory & Ordering Strategy:

  • Manage and execute all new vehicle ordering across the group in alignment with market demand and OEM allocations.
  • Balance inventory to maintain turn goals and sales objectives.

Sales Performance & Market Leadership:

  • Drive performance to achieve or exceed New Vehicle Sales Objectives in each franchise and district.
  • Track and report sales trends opportunities and areas for growth.

Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all OEM communications regarding recalls rebate changes sales targets and programs.
  • Coordinate with the SVG BDC/Call Center to align lead management efforts with sales strategy.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in new vehicle operations and sales management preferably at a multi-rooftop or group level.
  • Deep understanding of OEM incentive programs desking best practices and lease structuring.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proactive data-driven mindset with a passion for operational excellence.
  • Ability to work from our Beavercreek Headquarters and travel as needed to store locations.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $1500 per week
  • Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonuses tied to New Vehicle Sales to Objective (Chevrolet GMC FCA Toyota)
  • Demo Vehicle: Use of a new company-provided vehicle
