Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant - Service Control Center
In this role you will manage the lifecycle of data protection observability and AIOps platforms ensuring reliability and performance. Drive continuous improvement optimize costs and enhance capabilities through collaboration with security and finance teams. Lead project management and stakeholder engagement to advance platform solutions and automation opportunities.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Data Protection Observability and AIOps platforms ensuring reliability and performance.
Represent the Enterprise Intelligence Center across regions ensuring delivery coverage
Monitor platform performance capacity patch compliance and risk mitigation across environments.
Drive Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) to enhance platform capabilities and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with security teams to embed best practices and compliance requirements into platform design and operations.
Partner with finance teams to optimize platform costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Analyze system performance and resource utilization to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
Lead project management efforts to support platform enhancements and framework evolution.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate the value of AIOps and Data Protection technologies.
Identify automation opportunities within platform operations to improve scalability and reduce manual effort.
Work with Capabilities Evolution teams to explore and implement new platform solutions.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with IT Operations business units and technical teams for smooth integration and delivery.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Strong understanding of product management principles agile methodologies and best practices.
Deep knowledge of Data Protection Observability and AIOps concepts architectures and services using DataDog
Ability to identify and prioritize user needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
Proficiency in analysing market data and customer insights to guide product decisions.
Familiarity with vendor management and contract best practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders development teams and cross-functional groups.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data metrics and performance indicators.
Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize features based on business and user value.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Masters degree in a relevant field.
Networking Certification
Exposure to automation gen AI or chatbot tools.
