Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Business Development team. This role will be responsible for managing strategic client relationships ensuring seamless delivery of AnyMinds solutions and working closely with local account teams product specialists and business leadership to strengthen long-term client partnerships and achieve commercial goals.

What Youll Do

Client Partnership & Growth

  • Act as the primary strategic contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of key accounts.

  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned clients business objectives and industry challenges to become an indispensable partner.

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth through cross-selling and up-selling AnyMinds diverse solutions (China Online Advertising Solution Planning Digital Marketing E-commerce Influencer Marketing (Xiaohongshu/KOL) D2C Enablement and more).

  • Lead regular business reviews presenting data-driven insights campaign performance and strategic roadmaps to client stakeholders.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Craft and execute tailored account strategies media planning that align client goals with AnyMinds capabilities to drive mutual success.

  • Work hand-in-hand with local account management product specialists and media planning teams to ensure flawless campaign execution and operational excellence.

  • Serve as the clients voice internally collaborating with sales product and leadership teams to advocate for their needs and shape future solutions.

Excellence & Insight

  • Proactively monitor client health ensuring high satisfaction and swiftly addressing any challenges or escalations.

  • Analyze campaign and performance data to consolidate actionable insights and recommendations

Who You Are

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
  • 6 years of proven experience in account management client success or strategic business development preferably within a digital marketing agency or ad-tech environment.
  • A demonstrated ability in holistic China online advertising solution planning is a must. This includes creating integrated strategies that go beyond individual platforms to encompass the full digital ecosystem.
  • A strong track record of managing high-value client relationships and consistently exceeding revenue growth targets.
  • Solid expertise in digital marketing e-commerce and/or influencer marketing landscapes.
  • Essential: Working knowledge of and experience with major Mainland China social media and e-commerce platforms (e.g. Douyin Xiaohongshu Tmall WeChat).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
