Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Recruiter & General Administrator with experience in HR operations talent acquisition and administrative coordination to support our dynamic life sciences consulting environment.

  • Lead recruitment processes for Japan and APAC-based roles including sourcing screening interviewing and offer management.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to align hiring strategies and ensure seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring compliance with local labor laws and Fusion standards.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and support HR documentation contracts and reporting.
  • Coordinate internal workshops training sessions and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support general administrative tasks including scheduling travel coordination and office logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between local employees and global support functions (HR Finance IT).
  • Assist with local compliance benefits administration and vendor coordination.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR and operational processes in Japan.

Qualifications :

  • 3 years of experience in HR recruitment or administrative roles.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition and candidate management.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (Smart Recruiter) and labor regulations in Japan.
  • Native Japanese and fluent English both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced global environment.
