We are looking for someone to join our People Team in the role of Multifamily Operations Recruiter supporting Preferred Apartment Communities (PAC). This role will focus on all aspects of sourcing and hiring talent for PAC including multifamily site-level and leadership roles as well as corporate support roles. This team member will be integral in ensuring that our properties and corporate teams are staffed with exceptional talent to maintain top-tier resident experiences.

What you will do:
Own full-cycle recruiting for high volume site-level roles as well as site leadership and corporate roles
Partner with leaders to assess staffing priorities and execute hiring strategies; be nimble and flexible to react to changing needs
Develop and execute creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent across the United States
Maintain our talent pipeline by leveraging partnerships with trade schools workforce development programs and industry events
Foster a seamless hiring experience balancing speed quality and candidate engagement
Track and analyze hiring metrics driving continuous improvement across recruitment processes
What you should have:
4 years of high-volume recruiting experience preferably in property management hospitality retail or related fields
Strong knowledge of a variety of US labor markets and the broader recruiting landscape
Ability to manage multiple roles efficiently balancing competing hiring priorities
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills connecting with candidates and hiring teams
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to travel occasionally on an as-needed basis

Base Compensation Range:
$90000.00 To $115000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Companys base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors including but not limited to location and experience.Total Direct Compensation: This job is also eligible for discretionary bonus and incentive compensation on an annual basis.
