What You Will Do
- Lead the design and deployment of global revenue management processes including contracts pricing activation incentive rebates GPO admin fees and chargeback management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize business processes aligned with global application roadmaps and standardized functionality
- Partner with business process owners deployment leads and IT solution owners to ensure alignment between business requirements and system design
- Drive adoption of to-be processes across divisions and geographies supporting workshops training testing and change management activities
- Influence global application selection and design by providing strategic input based on business needs and process expertise
- Support deployment readiness activities including data conversion testing execution and hyper-care support
- Facilitate resolution of risks issues and decisions to maintain project momentum and alignment with program goals
- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables within the revenue management process area contributing to overall program success
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of industry experience across geographies and process areas
- Minimum 3 years of experience in revenue management sub-processes
- Experience with Model N or similar revenue management applications
- Experience in Contract Operations Commercial Operations and Order to Cash processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience at Manager level or above
- Experience with ERP or large-scale business system transformation programs preferably SAP S4 HANA
- Masters degree in Business Administration or Finance
$129600 - $286500 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.
