Introduction

The Apprentice provides essential support to the Business Partnerships and Engagement Team. The Apprentice works with other team members to achieve project success

Whats the role

This is an interesting and dynamic role and the exact responsibilities will vary by project but key components of the role includes administrative communication and digital skills. The Apprentice will provide support to the Business Partnerships and Engagement Manager primarily on the Creative Enterprise Zone Mayors Business Awards and the Lewisham Town Centre Improvement Programme.

You will be trusted with a range of business support activities giving you broad insights in localgovernment and supporting local businesses with their support needs.

This role is temporary for 18 months.

Location

The job is primarily based inLaurence House but we operate a hybrid approach where you will be required to work both in the office and from home on a regular basis.

Location

Whilst Lewisham offers a hybrid approach across both office and home locations. This role will be predominantly office based at Catford Town Hall alongside a number of community based locations within the borough.
