Job Summary
Role Purpose
At Ventia our Digital Services team is an enabler of growth and success. The Digital Business Analyst sits at the centre of this helping us translate opportunity into action. This role partners across the business to understand needs uncover challenges and design digital solutions that deliver measurable value.
Its a role that thrives in fast-moving environments with competing priorities requiring clarity collaboration and a focus on outcomes. The Digital Business Analyst brings structure to complexity and takes pride in the positive impact their work has on our clients our people and the broader digital world.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with business and operational teams to understand challenges and turn them into clear actionable digital requirements.
- Analyse processes systems and data to identify improvements/standardisations that add efficiency resilience or innovation.
- Manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities ensuring commitments are delivered even when circumstances change.
- Create clear concise documentation: business cases requirements process maps and user stories that support delivery teams repeatable patterns and decision makers.
- Partner with Digital Services colleagues (Partners Solution Architects Data and AI specialists) to shape and deliver solutions aligned to business goals.
- Act as a communicator and connector ensuring stakeholders are informed engaged and confident in the digital journey.
- Track delivery progress and highlight the tangible impact of digital initiatives across our contracts and clients.

Experience & Skills
- Background in Business Analysis ideally in digital transformation or technology-enabled environments.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Skilled in requirements gathering process mapping and data-driven analysis.
- Able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders from frontline teams to executives.
