Job Summary
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analyze and document business requirements and processes
- Collaboratewith embedded firmware engineers UI specialists QA security and compliance teams to ensure that the requirements can be implemented and tested
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including business requirements functional specifications and user stories
- Conduct thorough data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and workshops with cross-functional teams
- Translate complex business needs into clear actionable requirements for development teams
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to inform strategic business decisions
- Create and present comprehensive reports and presentations to Senior management
- Mentor Junior business analysts and contribute to the growth of BA expertise within the company
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate backlog refinement sprint planning and demo / review sessions
- Continuously evaluate and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong expertise in requirements gathering documentation and management techniques
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel Tableau and Power BI)
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
- Ability to translate high-level ideas into specific requirements with clear acceptance criteria
- Advanced knowledge of modern trends in web and mobile application development
- Experience in forming minimum viable product (MVP) requirements
- Experience working in environments with incomplete or evolving specifications
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques
- Advanced level of English proficiency both written and verbal
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Experience with pre-sales activities and client-facing roles
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices
- Business analysis certification (e.g. CBAP CCBA or PMI-PBA)
- Experience in the consumer product firmware or embedded appliance domain
